Linda Church
Linda Church, born June 12, 1960, is a former morning anchor for WPIX (New York), formerly WB11 & CW11 Morning News from its debut in June 2000 to her retirement in January 2017.
Church was a WPIX Weekend Weather Anchor from 1990 to 1996. Church was a WNBC (New York) weather anchor from 1987 to 1990. Church was the noon weather anchor for WCBS (New York). Church co-hosted “Summer Fun for Kids” in June 2003 with Mat Garcia, a former colleague at WPIX, and in July 2007 with Craig Treadway.
Early career
Church started her career in Gainesville in Florida and worked for stations in Cleveland and New Haven before moving to Charleston.
Retirement
Church announced her retirement on January 20, 2017.
